Check-out on Friday is at 12 PM, but you are welcome to use the fantastic Soho Farmhouse facilities for the rest of the day. For breakfast, we suggest either enjoying it in your room, grabbing a quick bite at Blakes Bakery, or having a sit-down meal in the Main Barn.
Travel / Getting There
By Train
The nearest train station to Soho Farmhouse is Charlbury, which is a 70-minute direct train journey from London Paddington. If you submit your arrival time at Charlbury station, CreativeX can arrange a taxi transfer for you from the station directly to Soho Farmhouse, which is approximately 20 minutes away.
By Car
You are welcome to drive and park at Soho Farmhouse for the duration of your stay. Please let us know your approximate arrival time and car registration plate so we can give a heads-up to the reception team.
The farm is an approx 1 hour 25 minute drive from London Heathrow if you are arranging your own transfers on arrival to the UK.

FAQ’s
What do I do on arrival at Soho Farmhouse?
On arrival to the welcome hatch, the team will check you in on their systems and guide you to the front gate reception where a transfer float will take you and your luggage up to the main club reception. A member of the CreativeX team will be in the Club Reception to help you get checked in.
What time is accommodation check in and check out?
Check in is at 4pm and checkout time is 12pm but you are welcome to stay and enjoy the Farmhouse facilities all day on arrival and departure day!
What time do I need to arrive?
Our first item on the agenda is 5.30pm so please feel free to arrive whenever suits you.
What is the dress code at Soho Farmhouse?
Soho Farmhouse is a club for creative, like-minded people and they have a relaxed dress code. Come as you are!

Can I take photos of the event and post to my socials?
Please feel free to share your experience from the event with your network, but remember that some content is confidential and should not be distributed. Soho Farmhouse have a strict policy on photography, guests are not allowed to take photos of other guests or the public spaces. Photography is allowed inside your accommodation and our private event spaces.
I’m doing the spin class on Thursday morning, where is the spin studio located?
Please head to the Boathouse reception and the team will direct you downstairs to the spin studio.
Where is the Glasshouse located?
The Glasshouse is located a 2 minute walk away from your Piglet accommodation, please see map here in Farmhouse Info.
What do I need to bring with me for Thursday’s content sessions?
We’ll be using workbooks corresponding to the sessions. No need to bring laptops/iPads, but if you’d like to use them to take notes please feel free.
Do I need to prepare any questions or content in advance?
No! If you’re involved in running a session, the CreativeX team will have been in touch. Otherwise, no preparation needed.
